So a doctor meets a nurse. This is the cliche you have been looking for. Luke, from Brisbane, became a doctor and moved all the way out to Roma, QLD to work in a country hospital. Kimberly, a farm girl all her life, became a nurse in that same hospital.
They met, fell in love and got married back in Kimberly’s home town of Jandowae.
