I’m not sure what happened, but somewhere along the line I became a country wedding photographer – it has been a long time (well a couple of weeks, but before that) since I shot a wedding at the coast or in the city.
I’m photographing way more weddings out in the country, and I love it – it’s awesome.
Stacey and Nick were married in Chinchilla two weeks ago and I think the whole town was there – as well as quite a few out of towners, and out of staters.
I’m stoked to say Stacey was a bridesmaid for one of our couples three years ago and there were several other couples there that we have photographed!
Referrals are a great honour in my opinion.
Anyway, here is Stacey and Nick’s relaxed country wedding. They were married in the Lutheran Church but had a team effort with a visiting Catholic priest – how awesome is that?
We used their beautiful property for photos of the bridal party (dodging the rain) and attended their reception at the Chinchilla Cultural Centre.
