I agree with everything you said and I too have had the same problem trying to process everything myself and constantly being stressed and behind in jobs... .which I hate because it makes me feel guilty and sick when all I'm trying to do is the best job possible. I've been thinking seriously about outsourcing as I too don't want the hassel of teaching an employer who leaves me down the track... I love yours and Anna's work so I wish you all the best!
