Recently I was bridesmaid for my dear friend Renee. We have know each other since high school and Renee was one of my bridesmaids for our wedding. So I was so excited to be a part of hers. Secretly I didn’t think I’d ever get to be a bridesmaid especially since we became wedding photographers. But I get to be one twice, yay!!
It was such a great day! So much fun and Renee looked gorgeous and Matt didn’t scrub up to bad either:) Just jokes you boys were awesome. We stayed at Royal on the Park Brisbane as they married on the Kookaburra River Queen.
We started the day with some breakfast down near the river and had a bit of a look around the boat to show us where they were getting married. We found some great locations for photos on the way back to the hotel. It was at this point I left Kris to go get ready for the day. It was strange not having to prepare myself for the photography side of things. But soon was forgotten as we had our hair and makeup done and getting really excited for Renee & Matt
Kris came down to see how we were going and took some shots, the headed to the guys. We even managed to see some of the shots he was getting of the guys from our room.
We headed to the Botanical Gardens to do some photos, then to the boat for the ceremony and reception. I have to say a big thanks to Tim for assisting Kris on the day. Great job!!
